Our methodology was built based on the structure of a tree. Founded in our "Raices" name, we start with the Root Cause Analysis where we assess what the main challenges our client faces. Then we boil it down to the top areas for improvement in the Trunk of the Problem. Finally, we close out with the action plan in the Leaves of Deliverables.

Our projects generally span approximately 8 weeks, depending on the client's response time and the scope of their requirements. A significant portion of the project duration is dedicated to Discovery and Diagnosis, where we gather data to identify the root cause and determine the core issue at hand.
